~Gracie's World~

I just read some article that kinda bothered me. I usually don’t get offended about things, but I did this time. This Christian guy talks about how he’s very inappropriate, and he knows it. He actually embraces it. Then people add comments at the bottom like, “yeah, just cuz I’m a Christian doesn’t mean I have to give up my love for dirty jokes.” Okay, I know I’m not a saint, I have laughed at and said things like that’s what she said, but I feel guilty about it after. It gets really sad when the only jokes that are funny these days are pretty much all inappropriate. That’s why sex isn’t viewed as special and why no one takes marriage seriously nowadays. We make it all into jokes and feel no shame. I know nobody’s perfect, but I think as Christians we should follow what the Bible says, “whatever is true, noble, right, PURE, lovely, or admirable. If anything is excellent or praiseworthy think of these things.” (Philippians 4:8)
