Why You Have A Wandering Eye
No matter how much you love your boyfriend/girlfriend you might find yourself with a wandering eye, checking out other people and toying with the idea of being with someone else. What does it mean? Here are 8 reasons why you might start looking elsewhere:
1. You’re bored. Sometimes you might be totally crazy about your partner but you might be just bored in your life or in your relationship. Thinking about being with someone else can be exhilarating or seem exciting and risqué, which might be a welcome distraction from your boredom.
2. You’re not attracted to your partner anymore. You might have grown really close as a couple but maybe you’re not attracted to your partner anymore. Your eye might start wandering to people that you find more attractive.
3. You’re looking for an ego boost. Knowing that you can snag another partner is a huge ego boost, especially if they are the one perusing you. You can feel underappreciated in a relationship after a while and knowing that someone else desires you can give you a sense of validation.
4. Revenge. If your partner has cheated on you, or is simply neglecting you, you might think of being with someone else as a way to get revenge. If this is the case it’s probably better to just end it and move on.
